By using NEXF Lifestyle you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully; they set out the rules for buying and selling on the marketplace.
Using the marketplace
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is listed with an incorrect price or is out of stock, in which case you are refunded in full.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers are independent businesses responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the quality of their products.
NEXF verifies every seller before they can list, and removes those who breach our standards.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NEXF is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the marketplace.
