We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, most items can be returned within seven days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
Return window
You have seven days from the delivery date to request a return.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to start a return
Open the order in your account, choose the item, and select Request Return.
Our team reviews the request within 24 hours and arranges a pickup or drop-off point.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to your bKash, Nagad, or bank account.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, innerwear, cosmetics, and pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
