Shipping Policy

We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners. Delivery times and charges depend on your location and the seller's dispatch point.

Delivery times

Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days.

Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days.

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed.

Delivery charges

Inside Dhaka: ৳60. Outside Dhaka: ৳120.

Delivery is free on every order above ৳2,000.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships you receive a tracking link by SMS and email, and you can follow its progress from your account.

Failed deliveries

Our courier attempts delivery up to three times. If they cannot reach you, the order is returned to the seller and refunded, minus the delivery charge.
